Our least privilege automation capabilities now extend to Salesforce, providing first-of-its-kind remediation capabilities that enable you to identify and remove public links in Salesforce continuously – all from a unified platform. Select specific links you want to remove or create a policy to automatically remove public links based on specified criteria, such as sensitivity and staleness.
Remove public links directly from the Varonis UI.
Along with identifying and removing public links, Varonis provides details for each link, including:
Varonis also provides you with the ability to quickly surface which users can create public links, providing you with a report of every Profile and Permission Set containing the “create public link” entitlement and the individual users who can perform the action.
You can then use the results to identify where to restrict the ability to create public links.
Quickly find who can create public links in Salesforce.
